WDVX Radio is a service of the Cumberland Communities Communications Corporation, a 501 c 3 organization, and is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.

All Board meetings are held at 6 p.m. each third Wednesday of the month at 2000 Riverview Towers, 900 South Gay Street, Knoxville, TN, unless otherwise noted.
Finance Committee meetings are held at 5 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the Board meeting, place TBD. Contact the GM for details.
