September 10th & 11th The Loudon Rotary Club presents the 28th Annual Smoky Mountain Fiddlers Convention on September 10 & 11th from Legion Field in Historic downtown Loudon. On Friday, September 10th starting at 6:00pm., it will be a Bluegrass concert featuring Paul Williams & the Victory Trio, Brand New Strings and the Just Us Bluegrass Band. On Saturday, September 11th the bluegrass band, instrument, clogging and buck dancing competition begins includes Juinior and Senior divisions. Cash prizes awarded to top finishers....including $1,500 for 1st place in Bluegrass Band competition, $1,000 for second place, $500 for third and $300 for fourth. The
